ISO 9001:2015
QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:
a) needs to demonstrate its ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements, and
b) aims to enhance customer satisfaction through the effective application of the system, including processes for improvement of the system and the assurance of conformity to customer and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
ISO 14001:2015
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS
ISO 14001:2015 specifies the requirements for an environmental management system that an organization can use to enhance its environmental performance. ISO 14001:2015 is intended for use by an organization seeking to manage its environmental responsibilities in a systematic manner that contributes to the environmental pillar of sustainability.
ISO 14001:2015 helps an organization achieve the intended outcomes of its environmental management system, which provide value for the environment, the organization itself and interested parties. Consistent with the organization’s environmental policy, the intended outcomes of an environmental management system include:
· enhancement of environmental performance;
· fulfilment of compliance obligations;
· achievement of environmental objectives
ISO 45001:2018 [OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM]
ISO 45001:2018 is the world’s international standard for occupational health and safety, issued to protect employees and visitors from work-related accidents and diseases.
ISO 45001:2018 was developed with consideration of other related
standards, such as OHSAS 18001, Occupational health and
safety management, the International Labour Organization’s
ILO-OSH 2001 guidelines and various national standards, and
is consistent with the ILO’s international labour standards and
conventions.
NEA CLASS A & B GENERAL WASTE COLLECTORS
Under the Environmental Public Health Act, companies dealing with waste are required to get a license under National Environmental Agency.
Lirich can collect the following types of waste following this license.
Class A’s Type of Waste: Inorganic waste and Recyclables that have been deposited in any
receptacle:
(i) referred to in section 10(1)(c) of the Act; or
(ii) provided in any residential property for the
purpose of recycling of the Act.
Class B’s Type of Waste: Organic Waste
NEA VECTOR CONTROL OPERATOR
The vector control industry plays an important role in safeguarding public health and mitigating vector-borne diseases. It also helps protect properties and businesses from costly damages caused by pests and improves our quality of life by eliminating nuisance pests.
Lirich complies with the following legislations relevant to the vector control industry.
* Control of Vectors and Pesticides Act (CVPA)
* Environmental Protection and Management Act (EPMA)
* Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act

SPF LICENCE TO DEAL IN EXPLOSIVES
Under the Arms and Explosives Act, companies dealing with explosives are required to get a license under the Singapore Police Force Arms and Explosives Division.
Under this license, Lirich may deal with explosives which are categorised under Expired Pyrotechnic.
NEA FACILITIES LICENSE
As part of efforts to safeguard public health and the environment, NEA started licensing general waste disposal facilities from 1 August 2017. Effective 1 August 2018, all general waste disposal facilities must either obtain their licence or submit an exemption declaration.
General waste disposal facilities are defined as facilities that receive, store, process or treat general waste, and include recycling facilities.
